Incorporation

Enterprise Homes Tanzania Limited was incorporated on June 17 of 2004, certificate #49218, by Sadock Magai of the law firm of Ishehengoma, Masha, Mujulizi & Magai, IMMMA House, Plot No. 357, United Nations Rd Upanga, PO Box 72484, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Enterprise Homes Tanzania is a joint venture of Enterprise Homes LLC of Andover, Massachusetts, USA and Kays Hygiene Products Limited and Serengeti Capital Limited, both of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Organization and People

The directors have a wealth of experience in housing development, manufacturing operations, quality control and management.

Charles Stith of the United States is the former US Ambassador to Tanzania with rich experience in government affairs and business. He plays a leadership role in America uplifting current and former African heads of state. His proven success in communicating a message at all levels will propel our contract negotiations with Tanzanian government and business leaders.

Kyle McKinney of the United States is a former real estate developer responsible for creating 300 units of housing in America, including 60 units of new construction with panelized production. His experience will drive the strategy for developing attractive homeownership product.

Khadija Simba of Tanzania is a prominent businesswoman running a factory manufacturing feminine hygiene products and distributing goods throughout the country. Her operational background will enhance the selection and oversight of a strong management and construction team.

Daniel Yona Jr. of Tanzania is a successful engineer using learned disciplines and skills for practical results. His experience in process and standards will be the backbone for quality control at home sites.
